Fight with Food

Since I have no idea what a first blog post should be like I'm going to start with a short introduction.

 

Hi, my name is Caroline and I'm 17 years old.

I live Sweden (little Antarctica).

I'm battling ME/CFS which I got after an encephalitis in 2011.

I study Natural Science in high school and my dream is to become a neuro surgeon.

When I don't study, sleep or hang out with my friends you can most likely find me in the kitchen.
